It all begins with Rapport. Knowing and understanding that relationships are everything in life. Once rapport is established between the student and staff members, the door opens for development within the school community and beyond.

Learning and applying skills is the exercise of practice in this phase; through social-emotional intelligences and intellectual intelligences, students work towards tailored goals to overcome their personal barriers. Community service tasks are personalized for students during this time frame.

A continuation of practice and application, where independence should begin to be reflected within the student's behaviors and choices. Community involvement becomes more self reflective and directive during this time frame.
